Why is the resort name kept a secret?
The resort is a private member's only resort offering rates that are too good to share with the general public. Call our Travel Concierge to gain access to more information.
Are the resorts good for families & children?
Both parents and kids will love their stay at these resorts. You’ll find a wide variety of activities, from sports tournaments and classes to arts and crafts or poolside trivia, all run by 'the Joy Squad'. Parents, you can relax and enjoy your vacation with dedicated water areas, kids club, supervised activities and in-room personalized services.
When can we travel?
There are no blackout dates. When you speak with your Travel Concierge, they will issue you a Resort Certificate valid for 12 months. Your Travel Concierge will help you find your preferred travel dates or you can search online.
Can I lock-in the rate now and choose my travel dates later?
Yes! Vacation Rewards will issue you a Resort Certificate valid for 12 months of travel. The best part is the price of your accommodation is locked in at the discounted rate.
Do I have to be a member to secure this offer?
Yes, this offer is only available to members, but don't worry, you can simply activate your Vacation Rewards member account with your Travel Concierge. Membership is FREE! It's easy to become a member and best of all you will get even more rewards, savings and benefits on all of your future travel needs.
When can I book my resort vacation?
Our partnership with the resort allows bookings at least 14 days in advance and up to 12 months away. This offer is available for 7-night stays, but travel dates are up to you. 
How can I make a reservation?
Once you have purchased your Vacation Rewards 7-Night Resort Certificate, simply log in and follow the links to redeem, or call us at 1-844-967-1075 It's that easy.
What is the cancellation policy?
With Vacation Rewards, we want you to feel safe and secure in your purchase and travel. Therefore, if you can't choose the dates you prefer, then we will refund your Resort Certificate. Once you have booked your dates, in conjunction with the resort we offer free cancellation up to 30 days prior to travel.
Does the United States require a negative Covid-19 test in order to fly home?
No, as of June 12, 2022, the United States is not requiring travelers to submit results of a Covid-19 test to fly home.

Offer only valid for new and existing Vacation Rewards members in the United States and Canada only that have not previously stayed at any of the partner resorts. Due to the exclusivity, this is a one-time offer only. New Vacation Rewards Members may book a 2nd unit at the time of booking for an additional couple or family.

Resort offer and pricing is not all-inclusive and does not include meals. This is due to the variety of different dining options available to choose from whilst at the resort. Any Resort Credit can be used toward dining options within the resort.


Guests are charged a fully refundable security deposit upon check-in. All reservations will be charged a resort fee of USD$150.00 per booking and a daily tax fee that is to be paid directly to property upon check-in (Resort Credit cannot be used toward the resort fee or the tax fee). This daily resort fee covers on-resort transportation, local telephone calls, wireless or highspeed internet, the daily newspaper summary (upon request), one (1) Welcome Cocktail, incoming faxes, the Santuario cover charge, and access to gym facilities. Pricing is per person and based on double occupancy; no additional charge for extra persons beyond the first two occupants up to maximum occupancy allowed.

Transportation from the Airport to the Resort will only be provided for international guests at no additional charge. For non-international travelers airport transportation will be an additional charge. Return transfers to the airport can be provided at a cost of $90 per person.

By accepting this offer, the Vacation Rewards member acknowledges and agrees that (i) any dispute with the owner or operator of the resort or any of their affiliates, agents, or employees, relating in any way to this offer of the Member’s resort stay will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, governed by Mexican law, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, under the rules of arbitration of the Arbitration Center of Mexico (CAM), by one arbitrator of Mexican nationality, and (ii) the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceeding to enforce or vacate the arbitral award in any such arbitration.
